What We Do
UX / Interaction Design & Information Architecture

Content Strategy & Management
We create systems and plans for content governance, style, workflows, and processes. Example project: using user data, identify priorities of pages and/or content blocks that need updating or restructuring. Read more about our content strategy & management services.
Collaborations & Partnerships
On a project basis, we also collaborate with other companies, combining to create larger or more specialized design and development teams.
In this capacity, we provide strategic roles (UX / IA, content strategy, customer experience), creative roles (interaction design, visual design), editorial roles (content management, writing, editing, photos, audio), and/or research roles (user research, usability testing), as needed.

Custom Web & CMS Development
We did custom web development work on both the back-end (PHP, Javascript) and front-end (Javascript, HTML, CSS). We have extensive experience with ExpressionEngine, WordPress, and PyroCMS, as well as having integrated custom solutions with a variety of other content management systems.
Website Design & Development
We designed and built complete websites, for mobile, tablet, and desktop, as well as revised / upgrade existing sites. We also developed mobile applications using web technologies like PhoneGap / Cordova.
